Boat Tour

On Tuesday we took a boat tour organized by Garden Lago. The idea was to go out on a boat, cruise around the Port Pollenca area, eat some food (that they serve), swim, jet ski, snorkel, etc.

First the limo comes and picks us up along with a few other people from Garden Lago. There were maybe 25 people total.

Here is our pretty married selves.

Here's our boat! Well, the boat we were on for a morning anyway.

Some other boats...

ARRRGGG!!! We're on a the Jolly Roger (not the Jolly Rancher for those of you who weren't clear).

Our captain.

Check out the waves...

The T.M. Alcudia, a freighter ship.

AAARRRRRRGGGGGGG!!!!!!!! We're going to broadside that ship!

Some British woman (forgot her name already) doing the Titanic thing.

AAAAARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here is the inside of the boat where they made and served lunch. We were quite impressed with the spread. And they made everything right here on the boat.

Here's the spread!

As you can see from most of the pics, our day didn't turn out quite as planned. It was quite chilly and even rained for a bit, so instead of swimming and jet skiing and stuff we put on our sweaters and cuddled on the upper deck. The boat staff presented us with a bottle of champagne and congratulated us on that whole wedding thing :) They were pretty nice people.

Our good captain again......sitting down! Letting some random guy who claimed to be a school bus driver drive the boat!! Hehehehe.....

We were wondering what flag that is. Anyone know? We asked Shawn (that guy there) and he had no clue. He was actually from South Africa and didn't know much about Spain or anything. But he did a fine job of keeping the guests happy and well beveraged :)

Here is the third boat crew member. She is actually married to the captain and I believe they were from England. But there boat business wasn't doing so hot in England (gee, I wonder why?) so they sailed to Mallorca. Talk about a sweet life, huh? :)

Coming back to the port...
